1.
Ensure the surface of the paving is dry and that Kiln Dried
Sand is used to ensure minimum moisture is present.
2.
Shake the drum of PERMASEAL to ensure there is no settlement
in transit.
3.
Decant the PERMASEAL into a sprayer unit or clean watering
can with a rose attachment.
4.
Apply the PERMASEAL at a rate of 3m2/litre on block paving
or flagstones. Increase application on areas with larger joints.
5.
Remove any excess sealer from the surface using a flexible squeegee.
Any excess will be pushed into the jointing sand.
6.
The PERMASEAL will cure within 2 hours @ 20º C or
slower if the temperature is lower. Avoid rain / frost during
and after the application.
7.
The PERMASEAL will have cured sufficiently for foot traffic
after 24 hours and cars after 48 hours.
