PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
PICS Integral colours are a blend of high quality pigments and a proprietary
admixture package that is placed directly into the truck mixer or mixing
unit.
The admixture package
has been specifically designed to enrich the colour and aid even dispersion
of the pigment throughout the concrete mix.
PURPOSE
PICSTINT natural range of earth tone colours is designed to add colour
and beauty to cementitious based building products. Transforms large areas
of concrete into aesthetically pleasing paving. Perfect for use in ready
mixed and pre-cast concrete for vertical and horizontal situations. A
variety of surface finishes are available from non-slip to lightly textured,
to accommodate all types of paving. Colour will be added to the paving
and the strength of the concrete will be increased due to the proprietary
admixture package.

SPECIFICATION CLAUSE
"The colour specified is (as per Architect's choice).
The addition of the colouring additive package should comply with the
material manufacturers Technical Data and Application Instruction sheets.
All materials will conform to ISO9001 Quality Assurance Standard".
HEALTH AND SAFETY
PICSTINT is non-toxic and non-flammable. Avoid contact with skin
and eyes. Flush affected areas with water. Do not take internally. Refer
to the Health & Safety Data Sheet for further information.
MAINTENANCE
Depending on level of traffic, the aesthetic appearance will benefit from
a re-application of LSS (CM42) every 2 years.
APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
Addition of PICSTINT units should take place evenly throughout
the mixing process. For further information please refer to the PICSTINT
detailed application instructions or consult the technical department
prior to application.
